Forming of principal hydraulic circuits
User operates process of forming of hydraulic circuits by means of two types of operating influences: giving of commands of current menu or input of commands by means of functional keyboard. Pressing of a function key leads to performance of certain actions fixed to given key.
The choice of COMMAND of MENU, displayed at present time moment on the screen (name of each command borrows a separate line), is carried out either by indicating of element of menu by cursor on the display screen, or pressing of certain alphabetic key. Alphabetic keys are designated in the text as [X], where X – marks of a corresponding key. The choice of commands from the menu is limited by set of the "current" menu visible on the screen.
Name of each command is presented by lower case letters and only one of them – capital. In one menu at different commands different capital letters are allocated. The choice of one of commands of the menu is made by input from the keyboard of the capital letter corresponding this command. For example, the command "Hydraulic line" gets out pressing of a key [H].
Main menu has hierarchical structure (Fig. 14):

Updating of hydraulic circuits by new elements
For updating hydraulic circuit by new elements the menu ADD (Fig. 15) is intended in which choice of any command allows to add the circuit with new object: pipeline, symbol, stroke-dashed line, rectangular, text etc. Menu ADD is selected directly from the main menu of system (Fig. 14).
Addition of pipelines. Construction of pipelines is carried out with command "Pipeline" [P] of menu ADD. The system gives an opportunity of construction of any of three possible kinds of pipelines: power lines, control lines, lines of drainage. The kind of pipeline is given by the provided menu PIPELINE (Fig. 16).

Addition of symbols. Accommodation of symbols on the circuit is carried out on commands «Stand_symb» («Standard symbol») [S] and «Add_symb» («Additional symbol») [A] from the menu ADD. The command «Stand_symb» automatically establishes the library of standard symbols as current (Fig. 1). The command «Add_symb» automatically establishes the library of additional symbols created by user as current. For selecting symbol from current library it is necessary to enter its number under which it is stored in the library.
Addition of elements of kinematics. On hydraulic circuit s often kinematic communications between separate elements of the circuit are designated, for example, shaft connecting pumps in pump station, and also shaft of separate pumps and motors which are represented on the circuit by two parallel lines. Addition on the circuit of shaft is carried out on command «sHaft» [H] of the menu ADD. For shaft designation on drawing it is necessary to specify initial and final points.
Addition of text is carried out on command "Text" [T] of the menu ADD.
Editing of hydraulic circuits
For editing of hydraulic circuits three specialized menus are used: CHANGE SYMBOL, CHANGE PIPELINE, CHANGE TEXT. The choice of the object which is a subject of change occurs among objects of certain type (accordingly SYMBOLs, PIPELINEs or TEXTs). Except for specialized menus there is the menu CHANGE, allowing to modify any object of the hydraulic circuit. There is an opportunity to choose in what of four listed menus objects will be edited. At input in the menu of editing one of objects is allocated on the screen with a blinking. It is current object for updating. All commands of the menu influence only the current object.
Commands of all the menu of editing of objects are similar.
Some questions of technology of development of hydraulic circuits
Described technology of work is not obligatory for user, but performance of recommendations stated here gives to reduction of expenses of time at development of circuits.
Analysis of the scheme. Before to start construction of the circuit, it is necessary to analyze its graphic structure. Thus it is necessary to allocate fragments of the circuit which meet repeatedly, but are absent in libraries of standard and additional symbols. Completely identical fragments of the circuit should be constructed as separate drawings and save to library of additional symbols. If the developed circuit is complex and requests a page of format А2 and more to build it at once entirely irrationally. It is more quickly to prepare large fragments of the circuit as separate drawings, to keep them under original names and then «to collect» from them the ready circuit.
Updating of library of additional symbols. These libraries are created in the menu LIBRARY on a command «Make». Having created on the screen the drawing which is required to be brought as a new symbol in filled up library, it is necessary to appropriate to it unique number under which it will be stored in library. If the symbol at given number has not been created yet the system will inform about successful addition of a symbol in library. If the symbol at given number already exists, the corresponding message of system and repeated inquiry of unique number will follow.
«Assembly» of the circuit. For final «assembly» of the circuit it is the most convenient to take advantage of «pure pages» of format А1, А2, А3. On a «pure page» there is a framework with a stamp and so-called «grid of windows» which divides a page into approximately equal sites closes in the sizes by the size of the screen. Having placed on the circuit all the fragments prepared in advance and separate symbols, it is possible to start connection them by pipelines.
